I’ve been connected to sport since my childhood. I was a professional swimmer for years, then I decided I not just want to DO sports but I want to STUDY it too and give my knowledge and experiences to other people. I started studying movement science in the university, then I got the chance the complete the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s personal training course.
For me sport is not just about “looking good”. It’s a lifestyle, a passion which helps you to be a better and healthier person.
I look at the gym as if it was playground. Working out is not just about lifting the dumbbells and using the machines. I try to find out exercises that are fun to do but still challenge and improve you. If you’re a beginner you can learn the basics with me but if you’re already using the gym for years and had enough of the same old exercises and lack of motivation we can set new goals for you.
My workouts mostly contain functional and compound movements that can be useful in everyday life and also improve your core and overall strength.
