Spartan Corrective SMR rolling and Mobility
Hi, my name is Szandi, I’m a personal trainer, and I learned Spartan Mobility and Fascia Progressive Therapy with Bánkuti Gabriella.
I would like to teach you about this field, because as a personal trainer i think mobility is very important for everyone.
At this class we will do Mobility exercises and SMR exercises but not just the basics!
Foam rolling, also known as Self Myofascial Release (SMR) is a muscle massage technique that has several benefits.
From the current research, it seems we can draw a few conclusions:
- Foam rolling increases range of motion (ROM)
- Foam rolling can decrease muscle soreness (DOMS)
- Foam rolling does not seem to negatively affect muscle performance.
In other words, together with the moblity exercises that I will teach you it is a perfect combination.
