Sport has never been a novelty in my life – it has been a part of my daily routine since childhood. While in my younger years, horseback riding, swimming, and basketball filled my days, I have since moved away from competitive sports and become passionate about gym workouts, running, and functional training.

In recent years, I focused on building a career in the corporate world, but my love for movement has recently led me in a different direction. I believe that exercise is not just a tool for change but a lifestyle that brings confidence, physical well-being, and mental balance. As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you find the type of movement that motivates you, brings you joy, and remains sustainable in the long run.
